People often sleep in wrong positions because in sleep they don’t know how they are sleeping, but they hate when it becomes difficult for them to get out of bed. A report in the journal Natural Prescriptions for Women suggests that creaky parts of the body can avoid developing some cricks by adopting sleeping habits that friendly to different limbs and joints of the body.  Here, are some tips that can be very handy in this connection.

  • People, who use to sleep on their back, must keep a small pillow under their knees.
  • One shouldn’t tuck one’s neck and chin in the fetal position while sleeping on one’s side.
  • People who are habitual to sleep on their stomach should keep a pillow under one side of their body in this position; there is less strain on their neck and head.

People, who are suffering from arthritis, must keep this fact in mind that food can serve as the best medicine for them. They must consume plenty of green tea, salad and other such foods to get better protection of their joints. Aside from food, they should regularly visit their doctors and seek their advice before opting for some treatment by them.
