Get Rid of Constipation by Applying Simple Tips

Constipation is a very common condition. In women it is more common then men.

Generally it’s appearing in women during pregnancy or before their periods. It is related to digestive system.

The main cause of constipation is erroneous eating habit and bowel habit. Normally it is not very seriously. But complications are created when it’s not treated properly.

Constipation is settled without any medical advice. Here are the different tips to get rid of the constipation

  • In the morning before take anything take water of warm water with 1 teaspoon of honey and half glass of juice of lemon or lime.

  • Proper exercise is recommended to encourage the bowel movement.
  • Drink at least 8 glass of water daily which helps avert constipation by keeping your bowels hydrated.
  • Take hot water, tea or coffee that will cause you to feel like making a bowel movement.
  • Daily eat 350 grams graphs. Graphs include the properties of cellulose, sugar and organic make it a natural laxative food which helps you in curing constipation.
  • Take bael fruits which are regarded as the best natural source of laxative. It can clean and tone up a person’s innards.
  • Liquorices (mulathi) are a natural laxative. So chew it daily it is very beneficial remedy for constipation.
  • Put 3 tablespoons of psyllium husk (sabat isabgol) in to hot milk or water and drink it before going to bed.
  • Avoid overcooked, canned, preservative or refrigerated food.
  • Must take 20-35 grams dietary fiber each day. Fiber is necessary in your diet to keep things moving along in the bowels. The best sources of fibers are fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
  • You must have to relief your tension it is the best way to loose your bowels.
  • Every day Set aside at a regular time an hour or so for evacuation of bowels. About an hour after waking up is good. You have to sit down for 10 minutes even if you don’t feel a movement. Try to relax your body and release the muscles in your abdomen.
  • Massage of abdominal area is one of the best ways to tone the muscles in your colon area. If you do it every day, this massage will strengthen your colon walls and helps to loose stagnant chime that is causing constipation.
  • You must have to avoid high fat diet like meats, diary products, eggs, rice, rich desserts or sugary sweets.
  • Eat that food which is high in roughage such as whole grain bread and bran cereals.

Constipation is very common. But people don’t want to talk about it. While they don’t want to talk about this but they have to do something to get rid of it. If people start Appling these tips then they will be able to stop it and they will never suffer from constipation if they found how to get rid of it. Sometime it is simple approach to change your approach to life and that will help to start life which is healthier and happier without any treat of constipation.
