“Cold feet” is a type of cool sensation. It mostly happens because of nervous system disorders, bad circulation, low thyroid condition or exposure to cold environment. People who are suffering from cerebral palsy, dystrophy, arthritis etc can also experience cold feet.

- Before going to bed take a short walk (2-3 minutes) in cold water & then use the towel to make your feet dry through fast rubbing.
- To get some relief place cayenne pepper/black pepper into your socks.
- Regular workout is also found effective for treating the cold feet. After a day long work place your feet a little high for some relief.
- To get some relief wearing a hat is another excellent option.
- Always remember to massage your feet for almost 5-8 minutes.
- To get relief from cold feet firstly stand on your toes just for a few minutes & then stand normally on your heel. Repeat the method various times.
- In warm water add a little bit of Epsom salt. Wash your feet well & then soak in the water. Dry it properly & then massage it with some cream or lotion. This process is also very helpful for reducing cold feet.
- Hiking socks are also recommended as a great remedy for cold feet.
- In hot water pour a few drops of essential oils, like- peppermint, rosemary, cypress etc. Now plunge your feet into it for almost 15-20 minutes.
- Consuming some ginger tea is also quite beneficial, because ginger is quite useful for improving the circulation. You can also pour a few drops of lemon into it.
